英政府今天公然背棄由下而上的地方民主，為中共「超級大使館」開綠燈。香港公民代表會議 堅決反對。Keir Starmer不應倚賴「邪惡資金」為英國爭取經濟增長。中國長期透過購買受制裁原油與提供監控技術，已成為伊朗政權的重要經濟生命線。當全球都為勇敢的伊朗人民哀痛之際，英政府絕不可因經貿計算，而獎勵暴政。

中國在人權方面的惡行不容置疑。英國國會與聯合國均指出，中國在新疆對維吾爾人的行為構成種族滅絕及危害人類罪。中國亦公然違反《中英聯合聲明》，徹底摧毀「一國兩制」及香港人的民主自由。作為香港人，我們深知英國本土已出現何等的跨國鎮壓：從曼徹斯特中領館對示威者的暴力襲擊，到針對居英民主人士的懸賞通緝。准許在倫敦核心地帶設立「超級大使館」，只會變本加厲。

下一步：我們全力支持是次眾籌，令街坊可提出司法覆核，阻止中共超級大使館的興建。

We refuse the false trade‑off between UK’s national security and “bluffed” economic gains. Keir Starmer should not make the UK dependent on “evil money” linked to regimes that brutalise their own people. China is a vital economic lifeline for Iran’s rulers—buying sanctioned oil and supplying surveillance tech. While the world is mourning for the courageous Iranians now, Starmer must not further reward such China’s support on the Iran regime.

The UK Parliament and the UN has found genocide & crimes against humanity against Uyghurs in China. China has also breached the Sino‑British Joint Declaration, completely destroying “one country, two systems” and Hong Kong’s freedoms. We, Hong Kongers, know what transnational repression looks like in Britain: from the assault on a protester at the Manchester consulate to bounties targeting UK‑based activists. Granting a mega‑embassy in the heart of London will only embolden that behaviour.
